The Backyard
could there be some sort of interconnections (relationships, links, pathways, lines, curves, zigzags, linkages, interlocking ownership) between the container, the water, the cemented ground, the wetness on the ground, the dry ground, the visible sign that the ground was dry for awhile, and the ground that is now wet with water this morning (13 June 2018, San Jose, California)?

because occassionally in this neighborhood, at this housing complex (some of the residents are not homeowner, because housing is no longer affordable for majority of the people in the area) (this neighborhood with interesting, unusual, some might considered to be suspicious activities because of above normal traffic of automobiles trespassing through the private driveway, because of above normal activities of different people visiting with frequency, visiting a house, pair of houses, or some houses in the community); the water for the community would be turned off, at other occassion there would be WATER SHUT OFF notice; there are many interesting things about this neighborhood, not unlike your neighborhood, however, one of the most interesting thing about this neighhood is that individual houses do not have water meter; I have seen apartment complex that have individual water meter; I would like to see data visualization (a graph) of the water usage in this neighborhood (this particular house complex), that is all, for now,
